    Sally Beauty Supply Soap Opera

And now for another exciting edition of the ongoing Sally Beauty saga

From the I don’t really believe it file . . . comes more news about poor Sally Beauty Supply.

I must admit that I have had fun creating my little stories of the almost fairy tale type of story that has occurred to this fine company over the last year. I have written several stories since January in this series Regis and Sally Beauty Supply, Sally Beauty Supply – Regis deal is off, Sally Beauty Supply, nobody wants her really are my favorites

In those stories Poor Sally has been a child of a messy divorce, betrothed, jilted, thrown out of the house, abandoned and now her new owners want to get rid of her for somebody better. Do you believe this story?

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — Alberto-Culver Co. (ACV), the maker of Alberto VO5, Capilon and Nexxus shampoo, said it will look to make acquisitions after it completes the spinoff of its Sally Beauty Co., its beauty supplies distribution business, later this year. “We’re not going to stray too far away from hair and skin,” said Jim Marino, who will be named president and chief executive of Alberto-Culver once the spinoff is complete.

The decision to break up the company came as Alberto-Culver began facing new constraints as many of Sally’s customers were also its competitors in the consumer-products business.

    1. I’ve tried to purchase Capilong in your Corpus Christi store. They don’t carry it. Capilong really works to make my hair grow longer and thicker. I’ve used it for years but I lost the address for it when I moved here this summer. Do you know where I can buy it in Texas.
