    Hair Bangs

New York Fashion Week Big on Hair Bangs!

Hair bangs made a splash at the L.A.M.B. presentation during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2010! Gwen Stephani poses below with L.A.M.B. models who perfect the look! I predict the above-the brow, chic hair bangs, will be highly suggested from hairdressers as a new way to change things up in your look real soon!

These hair bangs make a bold statement . . . where few dare to go . . . of an artsy kind. I expect high fashion, edgy hair salons may even be sculpting in these hair bangs now, as we speak. But soon, the free and the fashionably brave will be breaking out and demanding the retro/goth/artsy/rock’n’roll hair bangs we see here at NYFW 2010!
    “Hair Bangs”
I’ve seen these hair bangs paired with shorter hair, about shoulder length and up. But even these sightings have been far and few between. And, here the hair bangs are being combined with long hair that’s a bit wavy, a bit straight and a bit curly and that’s what makes it fresh!

These hair bangs weren’t the only hair bangs making a fashion statement at this years show, check out these other show stoppers!

(Shhhhh . . . too timid to cut in hair bangs??) Not to worry, you can get Hairdo Clip-In Bangs by Jessica Simpson and Ken Paves

    1. Who is the model in the fourth image (Blonde bangs, black necklace, black & white image)? Or the image credit? Love her look!

    2. Hello Alan,
In America they are called ‘bangs’, in the UK you refer to them as “fringe.” Does that help?

    3. Facinating but what are Bangs? Kim Kardashian tweeted about whether she should have bangs or not and it went right over my head what they were. Please can you explain?
